Kayla is absolutely amazing!! We already had her booked for our move-out clean (which she went above and beyond with; we got compliments from the march out inspector as it was a PMQ house). When we moved into our new place, unfortunately it was not professionally cleaned as promised by the sellers (just a standard clean); causing a lot of stress in an already busy time. Since I already had Kayla booked for the move-out clean, I messaged her inquiring about a move-in clean in our new house. She was so considerate to make time for us on such short notice, and did an absolutely amazing job. She was very compassionate towards us, as she knew I was overwhelmed with our new house not being cleaned as promised. I was able to comfortably share what I was expecting for a move-in clean, and she even let me send her pictures of what wasn’t cleaned so she knew exactly what I was looking for. Kayla was both understanding and very professional; she was able to speak to why there may have been a miscommunication on what was expected for a move-in clean, while still being respectful to the previous cleaners. She was also SO knowledgeable! She absolutely knew her stuff, and knew what areas to focus on (in addition to what I requested), what products worked the best, etc. She could even speak to our concern of mudding left in the tub from the dry wallers beforehand and what products would help remove it (which we thought was paint, and she was able to identify it as mudding); she truly is an expert! The house just sparkled afterwards, and it made such a difference! Not only did she help us with a massive stress, she went above and beyond. She covered every nook and cranny, and places I didn’t even realize needed to be cleaned. I cannot recommend her enough, thank you Kayla!!
