Service Description

This type of clean is considered a "maintenance" clean & is recommended to be preformed on a recurring basis after an initial deep clean is preformed. Service duration 2-4hrs depending on home size. The task list for this service is as follows: Bathroom(s): -Toilets scrubbed and thoroughly cleaned -Bathroom sinks & counters wiped clean -All surfaces & light fixtures dusted -Bathtub scrubbed and faucets shined -Shower scrubbed and hardware shined -Floor vacuumed -Bathroom floor mopped -Bathroom mirrors cleaned and shined -Garbage changed over -Light switch plates wiped Kitchen: -All countertops wiped clean -All surfaces & light fixtures dusted -All appliance faces wiped and shined -Interior & exterior of microwave cleaned -Sink scrubbed and cleaned -Kitchen table/breakfast bar wiped -Floor vacuumed -Floor mopped -Light switch plates wiped Living Space (per living space): -All surfaces dusted and wiped -Couches vacuumed -Floor vacuumed (scrubbed and mopped for hard floors) -Light switch plates wiped Bedroom (per bedroom): -Basic tidy (tidy may vary per bedroom; additional charges may apply) -Bed made (bedding may be changed and mattress vacuumed for an additional $10 per bed) -All surfaces dusted and wiped clean -Garbage changed -Floor vacuumed & mopped clean -Mirrors cleaned and shined -Light switch plates wiped
