March Out Cleans

Service Description

Tailored to meet all requirements for the interior side of a March Out Clean. This service includes tasks noted on the inspection sheet as well as other tasks to make the PMQ ready for its next family & guaranteed to pass inspection. To be preformed on an empty & unfurnished PMQ. 4-8hr duration. Kitchen: -Top of kitchen cupboards degreased, dusted, and wiped clean (if applicable) -Cupboard door faces & handles wiped -Interior of cupboards wiped down -Door frames and doors wiped clean -Windows (interior) cleaned (glass wiped and shined & window sills wiped) -Walls spot cleaned & fully washed -Command strips & nails removed (some may be left on if damage to the surface is suspected to be a potential issue) -Baseboards scrubbed and cleaned -All countertops wiped clean -All surfaces & light fixtures dusted -Range hood screen cleaned & range hood wiped clean -Sink scrubbed and cleaned -Kitchen table/breakfast bar wiped -Floor vacuumed -Vents vacuumed out -Floor scrubbed and mopped -Light switch plates wiped Living Space (per living space): -Baseboards cleaned -Door frames and doors wiped clean -Walls spot cleaned & fully washed -Command strips & nails removed (some may be left on if damage to the surface is suspected to be a potential issue) -Light fixtures dusted -Windows (interior) cleaned (glass wiped and shined & window sills wiped) -All surfaces dusted and wiped -Vents vacuumed out -Floor vacuumed (scrubbed and mopped for hard floors) -Light switch plates wiped Bedroom (per bedroom): -Closet shelving wiped -Baseboards cleaned -Door frames and doors wiped clean -Walls spot cleaned & fully washed -Command strips & nails removed (some may be left on if damage to the surface is suspected to be a potential issue) -All surfaces dusted and wiped clean -Vents vacuumed out -Floor vacuumed/scrubbed & mopped clean -Mirrors cleaned and shined -Light switch plates wiped Bathroom(s): -Walls spot cleaned & fully washed -Command strips & nails removed (some may be left on if damage to the surface is suspected to be a potential issue) -Baseboards cleaned -Door frames and doors wiped clean -Deep Shower/tub scrub and shine -Toilets scrubbed and thoroughly cleaned -Bathroom sinks & counters scrubbed clean -All surfaces & light fixtures dusted -Bathtub scrubbed and faucets shined -Shower scrubbed and hardware shined -Floor vacuumed -Vents vacuumed out -Exhaust fan dusted -Bathroom floor scrubbed and mopped -Bathroom mirrors cleaned and shined -Light switch plates wiped
