Just built a house or did a renovation? Let us help with the mess! To be performed on empty, unfurnished homes. Please note that for Post Construction Cleans, this list is a standard outline and can be flexed to the customer’s needs. Service Duration 4-8hrs Kitchen: -Top of kitchen cupboards degreased, dusted, and wiped clean -Cupboard door faces & handles wiped -Interior of cupboards & drawers wiped down -Deep oven clean (if applicable) -Stove top clean -Interior fridge clean (if applicable) -Microwave interior clean -Door frames and doors wiped clean -Windows (interior) cleaned (glass wiped and shined & window sills wiped) - Additional charge for window tracks -Walls spot cleaned -Baseboards wiped clean -All countertops wiped clean -All surfaces & light fixtures dusted -All appliance faces wiped and shined -Sink scrubbed and cleaned -Kitchen table/breakfast bar wiped -Floor vacuumed -Floor scrubbed and mopped -Garbage changed over -Light switch plates wiped -Protective film taken off of appliances & cupboards (if applicable) Living Space (per living space): -Baseboards wiped clean -Walls spot cleaned -Door frames and doors wiped clean -Light fixtures dusted -Windows (interior) cleaned (glass wiped and shined & window sills wiped) - Additional charge for window tracks -All surfaces dusted and wiped -Floor vacuumed (scrubbed and mopped for hard floors) -Light switch plates wiped Bedroom (per bedroom): -Closet shelving wiped -Baseboards wiped clean -Door frames and doors wiped clean -Walls spot cleaned -All surfaces dusted and wiped clean -Garbage changed -Floor vacuumed/scrubbed & mopped clean -Mirrors cleaned and shined -Light switch plates wiped Bathroom(s): -Walls spot cleaned -Baseboards wiped clean -Door frames and doors wiped clean -Deep Shower/tub scrub and shine -Toilets scrubbed and thoroughly cleaned -Bathroom sinks & counters scrubbed clean -All surfaces & light fixtures dusted -Bathtub scrubbed and faucets shined -Shower scrubbed and hardware shined -Floor vacuumed -Bathroom floor scrubbed and mopped -Bathroom mirrors cleaned and shined -Garbage changed over -Light switch plates wiped -Bathroom mirrors cleaned and shined -Garbage changed over -Light switch plates wiped
